A man has been taken to hospital following a crash on a County Durham road earlier today (July 12).
North East Ambulance Service (NEAS) has confirmed one man has been taken to hospital following a crash on the A1 near Nunstainton, Bradbury.
They added they deployed one ambulance crew to the scene.
A NEAS spokesperson said: "We were called to a road traffic collision today (12 July) at 13:36 on A1 near Nunstainton, Bradbury.

"We dispatched one ambulance crew and one patient was taken to Darlington Memorial Hospital."
A Durham Police spokesperson said: "Police were called at 1.40pm today to a one-vehicle collision in which a car collided with the central reservation on the A1(M) near the Newton Aycliffe junction.
"The male driver and sole occupant of the car was taken to hospital by paramedics."
