Wagamama in Teesside Park is set to be the only restaurant in the region to debut the chain's first-ever brunch menu.
The menu will be served from July 17 at select sites across the country, including one in Teesside Park, between 8.30am and 11.30am.
Wagamama’s team of chefs have developed a menu exhibiting elements of all-time Wagamama favourites with a breakfast twist, alongside innovative takes on brunch classics.
The options include small plates, larger plates or sharers.

Key menu highlights include the chicken katsu waffle, a unique culinary marriage of the waffle and katsu chicken, with customers having the option of a savoury or sweet topping for their waffle.
A plant-based alternative is banana katsu waffles.
Inspired by demand for bao buns, the chain will also be offering ‘morning baos’ with filling options of bacon, sausage, vegan bacon or vegan sausage.
Kay Bartlett, chief marketing officer, said: "We’ve seen an increase in consumer demand for an all-day dining offering and appetite for brunch dishes.
"The decision to open our restaurants at 8.30am has involved a great amount of hard work and dedication from our brilliant teams and we’re all really proud and excited."
