One person has been taken to hospital after the air ambulance landed on the scene of a crash on the A67 near Darlington.
Emergency services were called to the A-road at about 10.50am on Saturday (July 6) following reports of a collision.
After arriving on the scene, the police, ambulance and air ambulance all attended - and one person was tended to at the scene, before they were taken to hospital via road ambulance.
Crews from the air ambulance also attended the hospital alongside the North East Ambulance Service (NEAS).
A spokesperson for the Great North Air Ambulance said: "On Saturday our critical care team was activated at 10.50am to reports of a road traffic collision on the A67 near Darlington.

"We had a doctor and paramedic respond on a critical care car and they arrived on scene at 10.56am.
"Our team worked alongside the North East Ambulance Service (NEAS) to assess and treat a patient.
"The patient was taken to hospital by the NEAS road crew, accompanied by our team."
