Police remain at the scene of incident where a cordon has been in place since the attendance of multiple ambulance resources overnight.
Emergency services were called to Geneva Road, Darlington, at 1045pm on Friday (July 5).
Several police vehicles converged on the scene along with paramedic, doctor and ambulance personal.

Officers cordoned off the area at the junction of Kensington Gardens.
This morning scene of crime investigators arrived and forensics officer dressed in white boiler suits and surgical gloves were seen entering a property, which is cordoned off with police tape.
The nature of the incident has not been confirmed and we have contacted Durham Police for more information.
A North East Ambulance Service spokesperson said, "We received a call at 22.46 on Friday, July 5 to an incident at a private address on Geneva Road in Darlington.
"We sent five resources in total including a doctor and a specialist paramedic. Police also attended the scene."
