Chi Onwurah has been reelected as Labour MP for Newcastle Central and West.
The Labour politician secured a strong majority of 11,060, with a total of 18,875 votes.
The Reform Party again surged into second place with 7,815 votes but still fell way short of Onwurah.
Turnout in Newcastle Central and West was 52.87%.@ChiOnwurah re-elected and says Newcastle is 'the best city in the world with the best people in the world'.
