Forecasters have predicted a wet and rainy first weekend in July - here's the full hour-by-hour prediction.
Following a rather unpredictable week of rain and fleeting sunshine, it's set to be a more blustery and even thundery weekend across the region this weekend.
Met Office forecasters have warned of "heavy" blustery showers as well as the potential of thunder that is set to roll across the region.
Temperatures are set to reach a high of around 16C on Sunday with gusty winds blowing at a peak of 23mph.

7am: 11C with 40% chance of rain
10am: 12C with 60% chance of rain
1pm: 14C with 50% chance of rain
4pm: 14C with 40% chance of rain
7pm: 13C with 40% chance of rain
10pm: 12C with 10% chance of rain
Sunday
7am: 11C with <5% chance of rain
10am: 14C with 10% chance of rain
1pm: 16C with 40% chance of rain
4pm: 15C with 50% chance of rain
7pm: 14C with 60% chance of rain
10pm: 12C with <5% chance of rain

The forecaster says: "Sunny spells and blustery showers on Saturday, heavy and potentially thundery.
"Less windy thereafter, with further heavy showers on Sunday but drier with some hazy sunshine on Monday. Rather cool."
