"We are always so proud of our independent traders and the excellent dishes and goods they produce.
"Our food festivals are the perfect place to showcase the culinary and creative talents we have in the county and wider region.
"We are also looking forward to welcoming new companies which are coming to the food festival for the first time."
Yearly, the event attracts thousands of visitors keen to sample the large variety of dishes and produce from traders around the region.
Street food on offer spans various cuisines, including Italian, Greek, Indian, Thai, Armenian, and Sicilian.
Snacks and baked goods are also up for grabs, with focaccia, gingerbread, churros, crepes, cupcakes, pies, and sausages all on the menu among traders confirmed for the festival.
For those seeking refreshments, an array of bars and drinks stands will be serving everything from tea, coffee, cocktails, local beers, gin, and rum.
