It won’t be quite as warm and sunny across the North East on Tuesday as we’ve come to expect in recent days.
Forecasters predict a slightly more changeable day today with much more cloud cover and some spells of light rain possible.
Temperatures will reach highs of about 20C, the Met Office has said, with those feels like temperatures just slightly lower.
The best is to come in the early afternoon with the sun breaking through some of the cloud cover and temperatures peaking by 3pm to 4pm.
Overnight cloud will continue with more possibilities of rain into the night before a cloudy and damp start tomorrow.

What will the weather be like later in the week?
As the week goes on it’s looking more changeable and often quite breezy. Eastern areas of the UK will see longer dry spells and have the best chance of some sunshine, the Met Office says.
Friday is looking cloudy with some heavier rain later in the day.
