Bazaar is currently on a recruitment drive to assemble a team that shares its passion for culinary excellence and exceptional service. Various exciting opportunities are available for those who have the right work ethic and a friendly, outgoing personality.

Executive head chef

The Executive Head Chef at Bazaar will lead and inspire a team of up to 16 chefs, ensuring high standards of culinary excellence. This role involves creating innovative menus, overseeing food preparation, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the availability of premium ingredients. For £70,000 per annum (£90k when including benefits) the Executive Head Chef will collaborate with management to continuously improve and elevate the dining experience. 

Assistant manager

The Assistant Manager will oversee the restaurant service, work closely with the General Manager, and handle customer requests to ensure smooth service at all times. This role involves managing a team of over 20 people, overseeing daily operations, dealing with customer complaints, and ensuring the restaurant remains clean and well-maintained. The Assistant Manager will also handle scheduling, stock control, and financial transactions, ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently in the General Manager’s absence.

Duty manager

The Duty Manager will oversee the front-of-house team, working together with the General Manager to maintain smooth service. Responsibilities include managing a team of over 10 people, handling customer requests and complaints, ensuring cleanliness, and overseeing daily operations. The Duty Manager will also manage stock control and financial transactions, ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests.

Jr. sous chef

The Jr. Sous Chef will be responsible for cooking and preparing food daily, following company recipes and portions, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. This role involves ensuring food quality, conducting stock and inventory counts, and managing the kitchen team in the absence of the Sous Chef or Head Chef.

Night baker

The Night Baker will prepare baked goods following company recipes, maintaining a clean and safe working environment. This role involves ensuring portion standards and quality, conducting cleaning tasks, and managing stock rotation.

Breakfast chef

The Breakfast Chef will prepare breakfast dishes daily, following company recipes and portions. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and safe working environment, conducting stock and inventory counts, and ensuring food quality and portion standards.
