Langley Park cafe, Sweet Times, known for dishing out fantastical sweet treats, is set to close after being placed on the market for £8,000.
The current owners are hanging up their aprons and heading to East Anglia, leaving behind a flourishing business hailed as 'ideal' for a first-time investment.
Open since 2018, the store boasts over 4,000 Facebook followers and operates on all major delivery platforms.

Selling a whole host of delectable delights from waffles to savoury Greek pastries, it's currently run by the owner and one part-time staff member.
Customer Zara Isles took to Facebook and said "that's sad" on hearing the news of the impending closure of the cafe.
In May a user reviewed the cafe saying: "Quick ice-cream stop with the tribe.. did not disappoint! A good selection of flavours to choose from (Salted caramel being a personal favourite) Kinder Bueno milkshakes which were to die for! Staff were lovely too!"
The business is rated 4.8/5 on Facebook.
