A coffee store has confirmed it will be opening its second store in a North East village.
Sunday Coffee and Kitchen have confirmed they will be taking over the property formerly housing Rounton Coffee Shop on Leven Road in Norton.
Work is currently underway to prepare the shop for its opening next month.
The owner of the business said they are looking forward to the opening and ‘cannot wait’ to be part of the village.
In a post online, the owner for the business said: “Secret’s out… Sunday No. 2, let’s go Norton!
“A week ago we got our keys to our second site in Norton, the old Rounton Coffee House - and we cannot WAIT to be part of a beautiful quaint village and have a Sunday garden (with outdoor seating to boot front and back!)
“By far this is my biggest scariest decision ever but after an amazing year and an opportunity I couldn’t miss,
“I just had to do it. Plenty of you guys travel to our Guisborough shop so Norton was a perfect area to connect us to lots of surrounding areas, are we closer to you now?

“All my girls and I have been working behind the scenes to get this show on the road and we honestly can’t wait. Thank you to my team for pushing me - couldnt ask for a better!
“I did make it my little personal goal to open a second site before I was 30 and at 27, we did it. Now here’s for the hard work & graft!”
The Northern Echo have contacted Sunday Coffee and Kitchen for more information on the opening.
