Three men have been arrested and drugs have been seized following a raid at a North East property last week.

Cleveland Police confirmed drugs, stolen goods and a large amount of cash were seized after they executed a drugs warrant on an address on Tankerville Street in Hartlepool on Friday (June 14).

Three men, aged 22, 32, and 44, were arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.

The men have since been interviewed and bailed while enquiries remain ongoing.

A Cleveland Police spokesperson said: “Drugs and associated paraphernalia, stolen goods and a large quantity of cash were seized from an address in Tankerville Street, Hartlepool on Friday.

“Acting on intelligence from the local community and supported by Hartlepool NPTs and the Matrix Team, Hartlepool CID executed a drugs warrant and arrested three men (22, 32 and 44) on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.

“They were interviewed and bailed while enquiries continue.
