Big-name brands are among those signed up for the new retail park in Bishop Auckland.

The Range opened its doors at the new Fieldon Park shopping park site on Friday (June 14), and a host of other names are either preparing to open or have opened their doors to customers.

Home Bargains will open later this month, while a host of leisure venues signed up are preparing to open their doors.

Fried-chicken chain Popeyes was first to open at the site back in March. It was closely followed by Greggs who moved into the neighbouring unit.

Also opening to customers since were TUI, just last month, and Pure Gym which was opened by Paralympian Tanni Grey-Thompson DBE earlier this month.

And The Range became the latest addition when it opened its doors to shoppers on Friday (June 14)

Building work now appears to be complete with the car parks laid, and units ready to welcome their new owners.
