Flames were spotted pouring from storage containers after a blaze in County Durham.
Fire crews were called to Thornley Road, on the outskirts of Deaf Hill near Trimdon, after a fire broke out in two metal storage containers and a trailer on Friday morning.
Smoke was pictured billowing from the containers - which were located on a field beside trees - in the early hours of the morning.
County Durham and Darlington Fire and Rescue Service confirmed it sent two fire engines to the scene around 5.03am, and were there for several hours.

Details regarding how the fire started are not yet known.
A spokesperson said: “We were called at 5.03am today (June 14) to a fire on Thornley Road in Trimdon. Two metal storage containers and a trailer were on fire.
"Two fire engines from Peterlee Fire Station and one from Wheatley Hill Fire Station attended the incident and left the scene at 8.56am.”
