A man has been rushed to hospital after an incident on a Middlesbrough street.
Police and paramedics were called to Valley Road, in the Grove Hill area of the town, on Thursday afternoon after reports of a man injured.
The North East Ambulance Service sent a clinical team leader and an ambulance crew to the scene around 4.09pm. Pictures circulating online show several police vehicles parked in the centre of the street alongside an ambulance.

One person has since been taken to hospital for further treatment, although their condition is currently unknown.
A full statement from NEAS said: "We were called to reports of a man injured in Valley Road at 4.09pm on 6 June. We dispatched a clinical team leader and an ambulance crew, who transported the patient to hospital for further treatment."
