One person has been taken to hospital following a crash on a North East road.
North East Ambulance Service (NEAS) have confirmed they were called to a two-vehicle collision on Ladgate Lane in Middlesbrough shortly before 5pm today (June 6).
They confirmed they deployed a double crewed ambulance to the scene.

They added they took one person to hospital.
A NEAS spokesperson said: “We were called to a two-vehicle road traffic collision on Ladgate Lane, Middlesbrough, shortly before 5pm today.
“We dispatched a double crewed ambulance and transported one patient to James Cook Hospital.”
