Fans of James Arthur are gearing up for the Saltburn-born music star’s homecoming gig at the Riverside Stadium on Saturday.
Having released five albums since shooting to stardom when he won the X Factor in 2012, James Arthur will be back on Teesside for a night of some of his biggest hits.
It’s expected he will perform some numbers from his new album Bitter Sweet Love, released in January, and a host of tunes from his back catalogue, when he takes to the stage in Middlesbrough.
He will follow a host of support acts, with McFly taking to the stage directly before James Arthur.
A not-yet-confirmed local artist will take to the stage first, at 5.50pm, followed by Lauran Hibberd at 6.15pm and McFly at 7.05pm.
Arthur will eventually arrive on stage at 8.30pm and is expected to perform for just under two hours.
Here is the full 18-song setlist expected on Friday night, based setlist.fm information from a gig in Berlin earlier this week.
