The UK’s longest-running contact centre solutions provider has announced a new long-term partnership with one of the nation’s largest building societies.

SVL Business Solutions has begun working alongside NBS Group - which encompasses Newcastle Building Society - to support their ongoing digital transformation.

Last month, SVL Business Solutions was awarded a multi-million pound five-year contract to provide NBS Group with its NICE CXone and TCaaS (Teams Calls as a Service) solutions, bringing together disparate technologies into one place to streamline operations.

The Glasgow-based contact centre expert will support Newcastle Building Society across both the financial services side of the business and Newcastle Strategic Solutions.

The five-year contract also builds on the company’s ongoing work with NBS Group, providing Workforce Management solutions across the business since 2023.
