These apartments offer independent living with the reassurance of being CQC registered so that care can be provided as needed.
The current apartments are dated and in need of complete renovation. As part of this process, they wish to re plan the layouts to provide residents with better facilities.
The proposals involve replanning seven of the apartments to form five new ones. One of the new apartments will be formed from rooms within the Georgian Building and rooms within the Victorian building.
No external work is proposed.
