Seven drivers have been fined in court for offences including drink driving, driving without a licence and speeding.
They all appeared at Teesside Magistrates' Court, where they were fined, and some of them disqualified from driving.
Seven drivers named, shamed and fined in court:
Jack Griffiths, 36, of Balmoral Road in Middlesbrough, admitted to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Teeside Magistrates' Court on April 7, 2022.
He failed to attend Unpaid Work Requirement appointments on March 6, 2024 and March 7, 2024 without reasonable excuse, or alternatively, failed to keep in touch with the Responsible Officer without presenting proper evidence of the same.
He was dealt without adjudication for the original offence and the community order made on April 7, 2022, was revoked.
The original offence entailed driving a Volkswagen Golf vehicle on March 17, 2022, on Newport Road, Middlesbrough after consuming alcohol exceeding the prescribed limit.
As a penalty, he was fined £958 and was ordered to pay costs of £60.
Bryan Clifford Broadbent, 61, of Leyburn Road, in Crakehall, North Yorkshire, was found guilty of using a Volkswagen on August 14, 2023, at Stockton-On-Tees without insurance.
He was fined £440 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and costs of £85.
His driving record was also endorsed with six points.
Shannon Thomas, 26, of Fransham Road in Middlesbrough, pleaded guilty to using a Seat vehicle on July 31, 2023, in Middlesborough without insurance.
She also pleaded guilty to driving the same vehicle on Snowdon Road, Middlesbrough, without a valid driving license.
As a penalty, she was fined £160 and ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £64.
Her driving record was endorsed with eight points for the first offence.
Steven Utley, 34, of High Street, Boosbeck, Saltburn by the Sea, failed to provide information relating to the identification of the driver of a Peugeot after repeated requests from Cleveland Police between August 17, 2023 and January 2, 2024.
This offence was found proved in his absence.
As a result, he was fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £264 and costs of £90.
He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.
Brian Wilkinson, 73, of 20 Balcary Court, Hartlepool, admitted driving a Mercedes above the 40mph speed limit on Belle Vue Way, Hartlepool on July 7, 2023.
He was fined £40, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £16, and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
He was also disqualified from driving for six months.
Nathan Lee, 24, of High Newham Road, Stockton-on-Tees, failed to appear at court but was found guilty of driving a Ford with no insurance and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence, on Whin Street, Middlesbrough on August 5, 2023.
He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £264, and ordered to pay costs of £90 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

He was also disqualified from driving for 6 months.
Kashif Mahmood, 35, of Newlands Road, Middlesbrough, admitted driving a Volkswagen above the 30mph speed limit on Park Vale Road, Middlesbrough on July 17, 2023.
He was fined £133, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £53, and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
His driving record was also endorsed with four points.
An earlier offence of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver was withdrawn.
