Fifteen motorists have been named and fined in court after being caught speeding in County Durham and Darlington.
The cases were heard at Peterlee Magistrates' Court, Newton Aycliffe Magistrates and Teesside Magistrates Court in the last month.
Here are the 15 Darlington and Durham drivers fined in court this month:
Lindsay Million, 44, of Cravens Cottages, Station Town, Wingate, Durham, admitted speeding, exceeding 30 mph in Trimdon Grange, County Durham on July 27, 2023.
She also failed to provide information relating to the identification of the driver of her vehicle, Ford, when required by Durham Police on September 1, 2023.
For this, she was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £264, ordered to pay costs of £90 and was disqualified from driving for six months, due to repeat offending.
Callum Ross Swift, 29, of Mill View, Front Street South, Quarrington Hill, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of his vehicle when required by the Durham Police on January 5, 2024.
For this, he was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £264, ordered to pay costs of £90 and was disqualified from driving for six months, due to repeat offending.
Paul Steven Bancroft, 47, of Barningham Street, Darlington, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of his vehicle when required by the Durham Police on September 18, 2023.
For this, he was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £264, ordered to pay costs of £90 and was disqualified from driving for six months, due to repeat offending.
Aidan Michael Ramshaw, 26, of Montrose, Seaside Lane, Easington, admitted speeding, in Easington Village in County Durham on September 12, 2023.
For this, he was fined £220, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £88, ordered to pay costs of £90 and his driving record was endorsed with three points.
Kirsty Wise, 34, of Allerton Close, Hartlepool, was found guilty of using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third-party insurance in County Durham on December 16, 2023.
For this, she was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £264, ordered to pay costs of £90 and her driving record was endorsed with six points.
Brian Campbell, 37, of Regent Court, Gateshead, was caught exceeding the 30 mph limit on August 4 2023 while driving a Seat on the B6532 Edmondsley Lane, Daisy Hill.
He pleaded guilty and was ordered to pay a fine and costs of £146. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 6 months due to repeat offending. Driving record endorsed with 3 penalty points.
Craig Davidson, 50, of Auckland Terrace, Shildon, was caught exceeding 30 mph on September 18 2023 while driving a Vauxhall on the C35 West Auckland Road
He pleaded guilty and his driving record was endorsed with 4 points.
Cameron Dodd, 30, of Laurel Avenue, Durham, was caught exceeding the 30 mph limit on October 1 2023 while driving a Skoda on the B1283 Sherburn West.
The case was found proved and he was ordered to pay a fine and costs of £1,014. Driving record endorsed with 6 points.
Michael James Green, 40, of Leeholme Road, Leeholme, Bishop Auckland, was caught exceeding the 30 mph limit on September 17 while driving a Mini on the B6288 North Road, Spennymoor.
The case was found proved and he was ordered to pay a fine and costs of £398. Driving record endorsed with 3 points.
John Ward, 63, of Melland Street, Darlington, was caught exceeding 30 mph on September 13 2023 while driving a Volkswagen on Thompson Street East, Darlington.
He pleaded guilty and was ordered to pay a fine and costs of £294. Driving record endorsed with 3 points.
Shaun Wales, 34, of Derwent Mews, Blackhill, Consett, was caught exceeding the 30 mph limit on September 16 2023 while driving a Honda on the A692 (Nr. B6311 Flint Hill Bank) in Dipton.
He pleaded guilty and was ordered to pay a fine and costs of £202. Driving record endorsed with 5 points.
Elliot Woods, 30, of Linnet Way, Easington Lane, was caught exceeding the 30 mph speed limit on September 15 2023 while driving a Vauxhall on the B1284 Lumley New Road Woodstone Village.
He pleaded guilty and was ordered to pay and fine and costs of £322. Driving record endorsed with 3 points.

Jack McDonnell, 27, of Greystones, Daisy Hill, Sacriston, was caught exceeding 30 mph on B6532 Edmondsley Lane, Daisy Hill while driving a Peugeot on September 13, 2023.
The case was found proved and he was ordered to pay a fine and costs £398. Licence endorsed with 3 points.
Alexander Edward Sparks, 24, of Calder Walk in Gateshead, pleaded guilty to keeping an unlicensed vehicle, on January 17, 2023. He was fined £215, ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £68.75, and ordered to pay costs of £90.
John Porritt, 78, of Fieldfare Road in Hartlepool, did not attend the hearing. He was found guilty in his absence of keeping a mechanically propelled vehicle, on The Crescent in Hartlepool after declaring that the car would not be used on the road.
The defendant was fined £180, ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £334.59 and to pay costs of £120.
