High street brand Greggs opened a new branch at a County Durham shopping centre over the weekend.
The big brand, which already has countless stores in County Durham and the wider North East, opened its latest venture at Dalton Park, near Seaham; creating 14 new jobs for the area.
Like all of its other stores, the shop will stock freshly prepared Greggs favourites, such as the on-the-go-retailer’s popular Sausage Roll, Steak Bake and delicious vegan alternatives, in addition to a range of ice drinks including Cloudy Lemonade and Iced Mocha, which are only available in limited shops across the UK.
Customers can also take advantage of Greggs’s deals throughout the day, including its breakfast combinations, offering a breakfast roll or baguette alongside a Fairtrade orange juice or hot drink - served until 11am every day.
Ahead of the warmer weather, Greggs has also launched two brand-new pasta pots - the Piri Piri Chicken Pasta and Pesto & Mozzarella Pasta.
Customers looking to skip the queues and grab a quick bite on the go can order through Click + Collect via the Greggs App.
The Dalton Park shop opens with a new look and indoor and outdoor seating, with the opening hours confirmed as Monday – Friday 9.30am- 6pm, Saturday 9am – 6pm, and Sunday 10am – 4.30pm.
