Part of a busy Darlington town centre will be closed at the weekend for resurfacing works.
Darlington Borough Council (DBC) have confirmed the section of Priestgate from Crown Street to North will be closed on Sunday (April 21) for resurfacing works.
They added warning signs have been put in place ahead of the works.
The latest work follows resurfacing works last year.
Defects were found on the road and now the contractor is returning to carry out the work “at their cost.”
