It is intended to replace all 38 existing windows and two double-glazed timber entrance doors to 79/81 High Street, Stokesley.

All the existing windows are single glazed timber framed sliding sash windows, which are more than likely original (Circa 1979) and are in a poor state of repair and desperately require replacing. The timber glazed entrance doors are also in a poor state and require replacement.
All elevations are in facing brickwork with all windows being single glazed timber sliding sashes painted white with stone cills and soldier brickwork course heads.
There are also two bay windows with a flat lead roofs over. The roof is covered with concrete pantiles with brickwork water tabling with stone cappings and stone corbels.
