Five men were arrested over the weekend following an alleged violent incident involving weapons which saw one car have its windows smashed in.
Officers were called to The Slaters Arms on Bondgate, Darlington just after 9pm on Saturday (April 6) following reports that men inside the pub were armed with weapons.
Suspects fled the scene, but a car in the pub car park had already seen its windows smashed in.
