A man has been taken to hospital after a car flipped over on a County Durham road.
Durham Police confirmed they received a report of a one-vehicle collision on the A690 between Brancepeth and Willington at 3:45pm yesterday (March 26).
They confirmed the driver was taken to hospital as a precaution.

A spokesperson for Durham Police said: “Police were called just before 3.45pm yesterday (March 26) to a one-vehicle collision in which a car had flipped over on the A690 between Brancepeth and Willington.
“The male driver was taken to hospital as a precaution.”
