Big stars including Frankie Goes to Hollywood lead vocalist Holly Johnson and Bananarama are set to take the stage in Darlington this summer for a one-off 80s music spectacular - here are all the details.
Music lovers should get ready to head back in time for an evening on August 31 at Darlington Arena for 80s Calling! - a one-day spectacular starring some of the 1980s biggest music legends.
Headliner Holly Johnson, best known for hits including Relax, The Power of Love and Two Tribes with Frankie Goes to Hollywood is set to take the stage just months after a string of solo performances.
Taking the stage this summer also includes jazz-funk artists Level 42 known for their hit Lessons in Love and Carol Decker of T'Pau, known for the single China in Your Hand.
Bananarama, who have charted 30 UK top 40 hits is made up of Sarah Dallin and Keren Woodward are also on the lineup as organisers say they will be performing "at their very best".
The Christians, described as "one of the defining bands of the decade" complete the line up with

Tickets are priced at £42.50 and will be on sale at 9am on March 29, with hospitality packages and VIP upgrades available.
