Police swarmed a road in Stockton on Thursday (March 14) after four men were seen fighting in the road with one of the men armed with a 'large knife'.
Officers from Cleveland Police were deployed to Hartington Road at about 3pm after CCTV operators spotted four men having a fight in the street involving one armed with a large knife.
After arriving on the scene, the men fled the incident, with police engaging in a foot chase.
All four men were arrested at the scene, with the knife and class-A drugs recovered from underneath a parked car.

The men are currently in police custody while enquiries continue.
Sergeant Darren Williamson, of Stockton Police’s proactive team, said: “This is another example of outstanding teamwork to tackle serious violence and knife crime.
“Following the actions of the CCTV operator, we were able to identify the men, detain them and recover the evidence, resulting in a large knife and class A drugs being removed from our streets and preventing escalation of potentially more serious offences.”
