An arrest has been made after a girl was sexually assaulted on a bus earlier this week.
Officers from Cleveland Police arrested a 25-year-old man following an incident on a bus in Norton, Stockton, on the evening of Monday, February 26.
Reportedly, the incident happened near the Destiny Centre, on Norton Road.
A spokesperson for the force said: "Police received a report of sexual assault on a girl on a bus in Norton on the evening of Monday 26 February.
"A 25-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault and has been released on bail pending further enquiries."
