A house that was renovated for the second series of Amanda & Alan's Italian Job is now on the market for just over £187,000.
Amanda Holden and Alan Carr took on the job of renovating the house in Tuscany, following the first series job which was located in Sicily.
Since the program aired in January, searches for Tuscany have jumped by 39%, while searches for Lucca have soared by 60% compared to the same period last year.
The listing for the house can be found on the Rightmove website here.
Take a look inside the property
On the first floor of the property, you can find a wine cellar and a stairwell leading up to the other floors.
The second level features a newly built kitchen with direct access to a balcony and garden.
It adds: "The kitchen is equipped with a central Carrara marble breakfast island, a fully functioning wood-burning fireplace, original beams, and period tiles.
"Additionally, there is a comfortable living room with original wooden floors and an adjacent space that has been transformed into a home theatre."
The third floor contains two double bedrooms, with one each designed by Amanda Holden and Alan Carr, and two bathrooms.
Externally, the garden can be accessed from the kitchen via the balcony which has been landscaped to form a terrace with a herb garden and a "seating area for al fresco aperitivos".
Tim Bannister, Rightmove’s property expert, said: “Rightmove is the place people turn to first to see all types of properties for sale, from all around the globe.

"We often see what’s happening in the world reflected in search behaviour on site, and it’s fascinating to see spikes in searches for Tuscany and Lucca as the second series of Amanda & Alan’s Italian Job aired, with people imagining what it would be like to live there, or possibly what it would be like to take on their own renovation project in the area.”
Roy Santi, Director & Estate Agent at Dimore Toscane, said: “The property is a little jewel with truly dramatic vistas of the river and mountains.
"The renovation respects the traditional materials and detailing present in this type of rural Tuscan home.”
Amanda & Alan's Italian Job is available to watch on BBC iPlayer.
