The data, taken from OnTimeTrains, score services based on how many of their services depart on time and are not cancelled, creating an overall performance score.

2,619 stations are on the scoreboard from across the UK.

In the whole of the country, the station that comes on top is Barons Court Underground in London whilst no North East stations appear in the top 20. 

According to their data, the worst-performing station in the country is Norton Bridge, which is close to Stafford.
