The streets of York have been filled with history reenactors and enthusiasts as a Viking Festival saw locals flood the streets - are you in any pictures from the event?
Has the city of York stepped back in time? Perhaps, just for this weekend as over 300 Viking Warriors and locals marched from York Minster to Coppergate as part of the JORVIK Viking Festival.
Sell out crowds also packed out the two main events at the Eye of York, The Viking Games and finally, the finale: The Realms of Yggdrasil.
Lastly, spirits were high at the on-et-lumière Festival Finale event where fire dancers, actors and warriors performed to another sell out crowd.
Festival manager, Abigail Judge, has heralded the event a huge success, despite the fact a torrential downpour threatened to ruin the final evening.
“We were incredibly fortunate with the weather, on what was forecast to be a pretty wet day all around. The rain stopped in the morning as our encampment and arena activities kicked off, and then stayed away until they had closed in the evening.
”Then, the heavy rain gave way to cloudy skies for our Festival Finale – and started again just as we were finishing clearing up! Clearly Freyr was smiling on us!”
The festival will conclude today (February 18).
Here are some pictures from Saturday's events - can you spot yourself?
