Houses described as a "once in a lifetime opportunity" in Durham City, with a view of the historic cathedral, have all now sold.
The "traditionally built executive homes" are located on the prestigious Pimlico, near Silver Street and Durham School, in the centre of the historic city.
The four mews-style houses have all now all sold been sold by developer Pimlico Homes, with a combined £3m made on their sale.
The build was carried out by Aykley Constructions and was the first of their new build portfolio.
But the development has not always been uncontroversial - with a Northern Echo report describing plans to develop the site as "causing uproar among residents" in 2015.
A spokesperson for Pimlico Homes said: "As we move through the first months of 2024, we look into spring; the time most synonymous with growth and regeneration, both naturally and in the business market.
"Perfect timing for Pimlico Court to have completion in sight, bringing a fresh look of modern living, in a stunning historic area of Durham city.
"Rooted off South Street, nestled next door to Durham school, with an unobstructed view of the cathedral, this was a sight unimaginable to host a new development, it took an ambitious passionate local group; Pimlico Homes, to spot the genuine gap in the market.

"Touting Pimlico Court as a ‘once in a lifetime opportunity for buyers’ would not be an exaggeration, with the land in either protected for historic value, or at an unrealistic premium.
"To have a modern build, with luxury features is a truly unique opportunity.
"Award-winning architects and interior designers were brought on board to begin the signature series of Pimlico."
