A teenager has been charged with causing the deaths of three teenagers in a crash in North Yorkshire in 2022.
Joshua Chapman, 19, from Bedale, is facing three counts of causing death by dangerous driving. He is scheduled to appear at York Magistrates court on February 15.
The three teenagers, 18-year-old Aaron Bell, from Jervaulx, 18-year-old Tommy Shevels, and 17-year-old Louis Banks, who were both from Healey, all near Leyburn, died in a crash on July 29, 2022.
They had been travelling in a grey Alfa Romeo 147 car when it was involved in a single-vehicle crash on the B6268, Masham Road, near Thornton Watlass, Bedale.
