Designed to elevate the experience of members and residents, the newly imagined space features new state-of-the-art equipment - from advanced cardio machines to strength training tools – and aims to cater for all fitness levels and preferences.
The centre’s amenities have also been upgraded and the overall ambiance of the atrium has been enhanced to provide a haven for vitality and community spirit to support anyone looking to embark on a fitness journey for a healthier and happier future.
Over the next few months Middleton Hall Retirement Village’s activities calendar features several events that people are being welcomed along to join in with and enjoy.
Pop-up shops selling products from local businesses will be in the village’s Orangery café and a Spring Shopping event with local stallholders selling a range of crafts, fashion, beauty products and gifts is taking place on Saturday 20 April from 10am to 2pm.
Looking ahead to May, a fun Dog Show is taking place in the grounds on Saturday 11 May with further details to be announced soon.
