The Prime Minister will be in Darlington next week for a live Q&A for GB News - here's how you can apply to be in the audience.
Darlington residents have a chance to ask a question directly to Prime Minister Rishi Sunak on Monday (February 12) in a one-hour special broadcast.
The event, hosted by GB News, is entitled the 'People's Forum', and has been organised with the upcoming 2024 general election in mind with hopes the electorate can ask questions on topical issues.
In a direct message to GB News viewers ahead of next week’s event, the Prime Minister said: "I want to hear about the issues that matter to you."
Topics discussed on the night will be in the hands of the audience and could range from everything including immigration, the NHS and the economy.
GB News’ Editorial Director Michael Booker added: "It’s high time the people of this country had their say and the People’s Forum is the perfect place for that to happen.
"North East England is a big election battleground with a number of key seats so it’s an ideal place for the PM to make his pitch. It’s time to let the people speak out."
