A man has been arrested after a cannabis farm in Stockton was unearthed by police following a police chase.
Officers from Cleveland Police have dismantled a cannabis grow on Hartington Road.
It was discovered when a large quantity of cannabis was found in a vehicle involved in a police chase in West Yorkshire.
A spokesperson for Cleveland Police said: "At approximately 4.25am on Thursday, February 8, police received reports of a number of men in a vehicle on Hartington Road in Stockton, acting suspiciously.

"The vehicle was later stopped following a police pursuit in West Yorkshire and following a search, a large quantity of cannabis was located and seized.
"A 20-year-old man inside the car was arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis and is currently in police custody awaiting questioning.
"Officers from Stockton executed a warrant at a property on Hartington Road and discovered a cannabis farm which has been dismantled."
