A North East road has reopened after being closed both ways following a crash this afternoon.
Darlington Back Lane in Stockton was closed both ways due to a crash first reported at 3:18pm on Wednesday (February 7).
The road was closed between Norton Crescent to Back Lane, while police diverted traffic to Carlton and Redmarshall.
A Cleveland Police spokesperson confirmed emergency services were at the scene.
They said: "Due to a collision, Darlington Back Lane in Stockton is closed and vehicles are being directed towards Carlton and Redmarshall.
"Thank you to motorists for your patience whilst emergency services remain on scene."

A spokesperson for AA traffic maps said traffic is "coping well".
