The family of a man who died following a crash in Durham City have made a loving tribute to him.
Gareth Lambert, from Bradford, was involved in a collision with a car on the A690 on January 30.
A Durham Police spokesperson said: "Gareth Lambert, of Bradford, was taken to the Royal Victoria Hospital, in Newcastle, following the incident on the A690 on Tuesday, January 30, but sadly died."
In a statement, his family said: “Gareth was a much-loved son, brother, father, grandad, partner, uncle, and friend to many, and he will be sadly missed.
“We wish to thank everyone for their support and ask to be left so that we can grieve in peace.”
