A woman who was reportedly chased by a man down a North East residential has been traced - and is safe and well.
Police appealed for infomation after concern was raised for the welfare of the woman following incident in Harrowgate Lane, Stockton, on Wednesday (January 31).
A Cleveland Police spokesperson said officers attended the area but woman could not be found. And they had appealed for information to ensure she was safe and well."

The spokesperson added today (Friday, February 2): "Yesterday, we appealed to help locate a woman after concern was raised for her welfare following an incident on Wednesday on Harrowgate Lane, Stockton.
"We can now confirm that the woman has been spoken to by officers and is safe and well. Thank you to everyone who called.
