A number of properties have been affected by a power cut on Darlington road.
Around 60 properties have been left without electricity after a power cut on North Road in Darlington today (January 27).
Northern Powergrid’s map has confirmed this is an unplanned power cut and began just before 5pm.
It has said the incident is set to end at approximately 7:15pm and power will be restored.
It is currently affecting the postcodes DL1 1QU, DL1 1RL, DL1 1QN, DL1 1QS, DL1 1TZ, DL1 1QP.

This comes after a previous unplanned power cut, which began shortly after 3pm, hit 40 Darlington properties today.
It affected the postcodes DL1 1QN, DL1 1QS, DL1 1RL, DL1 1QP, DL1 1QU.
Northern Powergrid has confirmed power in these areas has since been restored.
