Big name brands are among those singed up for an eagerly-anticipated new retail park in Bishop Auckland.
Businesses have been confirming leases at the site and will be moving in in the coming weeks to start store fit-outs.
Among those signed up for the scheme are The Range, Home Bargains, Reel Cinemas and Pure Gym.
Developers confirmed this week that building works will be completed in February, with a grand opening at the site at the beginning of summer.
It came just days after fried chicken chain Popeyes revealed they would be opening a restaurant and drive-thru at the retail park as one of 40 new locations across the UK.
Only six units are yet to have leases agreed. Two are currently under offer.
