Darlington woman named and fined for using mobile while driving on North Road
A Darlington woman has been fined after being caught behind the wheel using a mobile phone.
Sarah Jane Metcalf, 41 of Dublin Street, Darlington, had her case heard before County Durham and Darlington Magistrates Court on Tuesday, January 2, 2024.

She was caught in June last year in Darlington on North Road using a mobile phone while driving
Metcalf was fined £220 for the offence and was given 6 points on her licence.
She was also made to pay £88 to victim services and £90 in court costs.
