A North East Council’s neighbourhood wardens have made an appeal to find a suspect after waste was fly-tipped in Bishop Auckland.
Durham County Council found came across the fly tip on Dial Stob Road in Bishop Auckland.
Wardens believe the waste consists of insulation and remains of what looks to be a conversion, extension or house renovation.
Pictures of the scene show a large mound of waste dumped next to a wall as wood and insulation can be seen poking out.
