Yorkshire Air Ambulance have put out a statement clarifying a sudden emergency landing earlier today (December 20).
There had been reports that it had come down suddenly at Teesside Airport.
In their statement they explain that it was simply a warning light and the pilot made the decision to land immediately and have it checked.
Everyone on board the flight is safe and well.
A YAA spokesperson said: "We are aware of scaremongering reports currently circulating in some media outlets about HM99 having to make an emergency landing earlier this evening and unfortunately these have been published without being checked with us first.
"Apologies to anyone who has seen them and has been worried.

"Our crew and helicopter are fine - the pilot made a swift and safe landing after a warning light came on in the cockpit.
"The helicopter is now waiting for an engineer to check it over.
"The safety of our crew will always be our priority. Thank you to everyone for their concern."
