A third man has been charged following an alleged violent disorder incident in a North East town.
Cleveland Police have confirmed a man, 33, has appeared in court today (December 4) following an incident in Hemlington on November 26.
The man was charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm with intent, affray, and breach of a criminal behaviour order.
A man, 19, was charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm with intent, affray and breach of a criminal behaviour order and was remanded in custody to appear at court in January.
The incident resulted in one Cleveland Police officer suffering a serious hand injury, which required surgery, and facial injuries.
Another man, 25, was charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent to resist/prevent arrest and affray, and was remanded in custody to appear at court in January.

A 36-year-old man was charged with wounding with intent to resist/prevent arrest and affray and he was released on conditional bail.
Four others arrested in connection with the incident remain on police bail.
Patrols are continuing in the area and anyone with concerns is encouraged to approach officers in the area or speak to Cleveland Police by calling them on 101.
