Homeowners on these nine North East streets have reason to feel the Christmas spirit all year as their addresses have festive names.
Santa will soon be making his special deliveries to the likes of Snowball Close and Christmas Place.
Yuletide analysis has revealed the streets in our region with the most festive names.
Mistletoe Street in Durham and Winter Close in Yarm are also included on the list.
As well as some particularly Christmassy names, there are 36 North East streets containing “Holly”, and another 12 named after St Nicholas.
