Several postcodes in the North East have won thousands of pounds in the postcode lottery throughout this week.

Three streets across the region scooped prizes after their postcodes came out in the draw.
Areas of the North East including, County Durham, Teesside and Darlington have all been selected for the £1,000 jackpot, and some have won significantly more.
The People’s Postcode Lottery is a subscription lottery which aims to raise money for charities while also bringing cash prizes to homes across the UK.

The People’s Postcode Lottery unveils daily prizes for postcodes across the UK including £30,000 jackpots for every winning ticket in a postcode on weekends, and £1,000 prizes for 20 different postcodes every day.
A minimum of 33 per cent from each ticket goes to charity and players have raised more than £950 million for over 9,000 charities and good causes since 2005.
The People’s Postcode Lottery costs £10 a month to play and there are guaranteed winners every day. People play with their chosen postcode and are automatically entered into all draws.
The winning postcodes are:
- TS26 0EH (£1,000)
- DL13 2SB (£1,000)
- DL12 8AN (£1,000)
