Two people have been taken to hospital following a crash on a Darlington road this afternoon.
Durham Police confirmed they received a report of a crash on McMullen Road in Darlington involving two cars and one truck at around 12:20pm on Thursday (November 30).
They confirmed two people were taken to hospital for treatment.
A Durham Police spokesperson said: "We were called to reports of a three-vehicle collision on McMullen Road, in Darlington, at about 12.20pm today.
"It involved two cars and a truck.
"Two people were taken to hospital for treatment.

"The road was closed for around two hours while officers were in attendance and the vehicles removed."
A North East Ambulance Service (NEAS) spokesperson said: "We were called to a road traffic collision on McMullen Road in Darlington this afternoon (30 November) at 12:15pm.
"We dispatched one ambulance crew and took two patients to Darlington Memorial Hospital"
