A second man has been charged following an alleged violent disorder incident in a North East town.
The charge is in connection with a report of a disturbance in the Hemlington area of Middlesbrough in the early hours of Sunday (November 26).
A 25-year-old man has been charged with assault and affray and was due to appear at Teesside Magistrates court today (November 30).
A Cleveland Police spokesperson said: "The man has been charged with section 18 assault and affray."
A 36-year-old man was charged with wounding with intent to resist/prevent arrest and affray, and appeared at Teesside Magistrates Court yesterday (November 29) following the incident.
This comes after Cleveland force officers responded to an outbreak of fire reported in the Hemlington area at 2.40am on November 26.

Two men were arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm.
Three other men and two women were also arrested in connection with the incident.
Cleveland Fire Brigade and the North East Ambulance Service also attended.
